From Inquiry to Delivery

 

I.

Booking Process

  • If you filled out the contact form from the get go, that is where I will get your information and will send you a text to start the booking process!
  • If you sent me a DM on either Facebook or Instagram, I will send you my contact form (this page) for you to fill out to get your information and I'm able to send you a message on your phone number to be more personable. After, we can begin the booking process!
II.

Inquire

  • I will stay in open contact with you the entire time from start to finish as long as I am awake, off work, and have phone reception.
  • After receiving your inquiry form and sending you a message, we can pick a date! We will also discuss the type of session you are wanting to do, your vision, and pricing.
  • I will send you an invoice and a contract to the email you provided on your inquiry form. There is a required 50% retainer fee to book your session. The contract MUST be signed by ALL parties. In addition, a dedicated Pinterest board will be shared to you.
III.

Take Photos

  • I will continue to check in on you prior the session to make sure of any changes.
  • After you pay the remaining balance on your invoice before the session, we are set to go and ready to have fun!

Deliver Memories

  • At the end of the session, I will let you know the timeframe of how long I will be able to deliver the photos to you. I usually will send a sneak peek within the 72 hour timeline.
  • I will send you a message to give you a heads up that I have sent the gallery to your email. The email will include your download pin so you may download your high-quality photos, and instructions on how to leave a review and tip if you feel it's necessary.

  • Galleries expire within a week or two after I sent them out. This depends on how busy my schedule.
