FAQ
1. How do I get my photos?
A personal gallery will be sent to the email you provided from the inquiry form.
You will be able to download the images straight to your phone.
2. What should I wear?
Wear clothes you feel the best in and matches your personality! When in doubt, neutral and earth tones photograph well.
I am also willing to help you out with giving ideas by sending a dedicated Pinterest board.
3. How long will it take to receive the images?
Typically, my turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. I usually can send the images the same week depending on my schedule.
I like to deliver galleries as quickly as I can while still giving each photos adequate editing time it needs.
I send out sneak peeks within the 72 hour timeframe.
4. I don't feel comfortable being in front of the camera, is that okay?
That is completely okay! I believe that candid moments are the best to capture. I will also help out by suggesting poses that you and/or your loved ones can comfortably do.
One tip I have is to go on Pinterest and look up different ways how to pose to give you an idea and feel well prepared for your session!
5. How many photos will I receive?
I believe that if the photos I captured are worth sending, I will. Which means, I don't have a photo limit. I usually send out ALL edited images. On average the minimum is around 30 images.
6. How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent out to the email you provided on the inquiry form you filled out. That is also where you pay the 50% retainer fee up front and the remaining balance before the session.
NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.
7. How do I book?
Go to contact page to fill out the inquiry form. I will respond as soon as possible so we can decide on a date and have a conversation about the details of your desired session! Typically, I respond within 24 hours.
Use the "other" button to let me know if there is a certain session you are looking for that isn't on my investment page or contact form, and we can talk about your needs! I will then provide you with a quote.
8. How long will the session be?
I don't have a time limit. However, on average an hour is often the length of my full session. I will shoot until I feel like I have captured enough but it can also be shorter depending on the little ones.
